Executive Officer
Hari is a seasoned technology leader with a multifaceted experience spanning over three decades. In his most recent role, Hari led Engineering for the Artificial Intelligence Center of Enablement (AI COE) at a Fortune 15 global healthcare organization in the U.S. In this role, he leveraged generative AI to deliver business value at scale to drive business growth and operational efficiencies. As an early adopter of AI Governance practices, Hari led the building of a technical platform for AI Governance across the enterprise.
Hari also brings a wealth of technology consulting experience across Healthcare, Life Sciences and Financial Services domains. He has led several transformation programs for Global 500 corporations during his career, working for consulting companies such as Cognizant and DXC services.
Hari holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Anna University, India. In addition, he has certifications in Executive Leadership from Cornell University and in Application of Generative AI from MIT. He has advised several start up and scale up enterprises on strategy and operations.

Ravi has over three decades of experience in building technology companies from ground up. He has vast experience in defining the policies & procedures for a robust and scalable operations. Ravi has built a global business and streamlined the processes to provide 24 by 7 support to clients.
Ravi leads offshore operations for Jeeno Technologies with over 500 employees, serving clients in over 12 countries.
Ravi was conferred doctoral degree in Computer Science by Syracuse University, USA in the year 1995. He has worked for NASA Langely Research Center as a Research Fellow. His research work in the area of compilers has been incorporated in commercial compilers. Dr. Ravi has published research papers in various reputed international journals and delivered several papers in technical conferences across the globe.
Strategic Advisor
Ram Kumar has over 30 years experience in the field of Data, Technology and AI and has held senior executive positions in top organizations globally and had also consulted to many organizations. He has worked on large business transformation programs that brings data, tech and AI together and many of his work has been published as best practice case studies. He is recognised globally for his thought leadership and has won several global awards. Ram holds a Master Degree with specialization in AI.
Global Business Administration (GDBA)
Dr. Tharmalingam Viswanathan (Tharma) is the Head of Product Engineering with over two decades of experience building enterprise-scale data, analytics, and artificial intelligence platforms that deliver sustained business value. He has led and scaled global, distributed teams, combining strategic oversight with a deeply hands-on approach to execution.
Operating at the intersection of applied AI, data engineering, and business strategy, he brings particular strength in AI-driven knowledge systems, decision intelligence, and resilient enterprise architectures. Known as a thoughtful and grounded leader, he is valued not only for technical and business rigor, but also for his human-centric leadership style, mentoring teams and guiding organizations toward responsible, transparent, and scalable AI adoption.
Dr. Tharma holds a Doctorate degree in Global Business Administration (GDBA) with a specialization in AI and Data Science from Rennes School of Business, France.
